How the placement process works...
Our applicants first fill out an extensive application
which includes everything from eye color to essay
questions. Following its completion, a thorough
background check takes place, which includes social
security number verification, criminal history checks
and a driving record check. We then meet personally
with each applicant. Only at the successful completion
of this process is an applicant registered on our
database.
All families will also fill out an application to
register with us. A Private Placements representative
will come and meet with you and your family in your
home. This allows us the opportunity to get to know
our clients face to face, as well as assess the
environment in which you live, in order to best
understand your personal needs. We then use this
information to provide an optimum match between the
parties. Also at this meeting, we will provide you
with an "opening package" full of valuable information
regarding the hiring of your nanny.
We work with you every step of the way. We understand
that this is a very personal decision you are making,
and so offer you a very personalized service. Our fees
vary based upon the type of service that you need.
Also, we want you to be happy with your choice...so,
if for some reason within the first 60 days you and
your employee just don't hit it off, we'll place
another caregiver in your home at no cost to you. Our
goal is to make the placement a successful one for the
entire time that the nanny is employed; happier
nannies make better nannies!
