Private Placements Inc. was founded in 1995 by a Charlotte native and business woman with three young children. In 2003, the business was purchased by Whitley Adkins Hamlin who previously managed the day to day operations of Private Placements. A former nanny herself, Whitley understood the dynamics of the household employee / employeer relationship.
